Our Discovery Wave (DW) course is a half-day of freediving (4-5 hours) we're we are dedicated to getting you addicted to this sport. We cover basic theory, breathing techniques, introduce equalization and bring you line diving to 10 meters (30 feet) to show you your potential. Let's turn on your Mammalian Dive Responses!
