Morning Dive #1

7:30 - 9:30am

  • Meet at 7am to gear up

  • Boat leaves at 7:30am

  • Return by 9:30am

  • 1.5hrs dive time

  • Priority to deep dives, masters and instructors

Morning Dive #2

10am - 12pm

  • Meet at 9:00am for pre-dive stretch and warm-up

  • Boat leaves at 10:00am

  • Return by 12:00pm

  • 1.5hrs dive time

  • Open to all levels

Rest & Recovery

12pm - 2pm

  • Lunch with the team

  • Dive discussions

  • Course theory 

  • Siesta & meditation

Afternoon Dive & Yoga

2pm - 5pm

  • Sunset expeditions

  • Spearfishing 

  • Boat tours & charters

  • ​Workshops & presentations

  • 5pm - 6pm: Sunset Yoga
