Water Time #1

7:00am - 7:30am

Meet & Greet
Welcome group #1
Get geared & ready

7:30am - 9:30am

Group #1 diving
1.5hrs total diving time
Boat leaves at 7:30am!

*Note: Class theory for courses can be 7am to 9am

Water Time #2

9:30am - 10:00am

Back to the school
Welcome group #2
Get geared & ready

10:00am - 12:00pm

Group #2 diving
1.5hrs total diving time
Boat leaves at 10:00am!

*Note: Pool time for courses can be 9am to 12pm

Recovery

12:00pm - 2:00pm

Lunch and siesta
Take a nap (yoga nidra?)
Allow body & mind to recover from morning
