Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds​

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

   • More than 4 days before the event start: Full refund minus a processing fee if applicable.​​

   • ​Between 2 and 4 days before event: 50% refund minus processing fees.

   • Less than 2 days before the event start: No refund provided.

2. Non-Attendance

   • Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full course fee or credit towards training.

   • For master and long-term students: The inability to complete training sessions in the reasonable time alloted due to personal reasons (i.e. sickness, ear infections, accidents, etc.) falls upon the responsibility of the student. 

   • We do not provide refunds for unattended dives, training sessions, expeditions, events or courses.

Special Circumstances

1. Medical Emergencies

   • If you are unable to attend due to a medical emergency, a medical certificate must be provided. In such cases, we may offer a credit toward a future course at our discretion.

2. Weather-Related Cancellations

   • If a course or training session is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations. 

   • ​For any weather-related phenomenon we provide credit towards returning and future students.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

Group Bookings and Private Sessions

• For group bookings or private training sessions, cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled date are subject to a non-refundable deposit as specified at the time of booking.
