The Wave 1 Freediver course is our fundamental beginner course. Designed for anyone looking to get into freediving, this course will teach you dive on breath-hold to 20 meters (65 feet), hold your breath for 3 minutes and understanding the basic principles of safety and rescue diving. We recommend this course if you are interested in starting your freediving journey.
